Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZYG11B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZYG11B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ZYG11B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZYG11B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, ACC, and SCLC are the cancer types where ZYG11B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
