Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZYG11B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,390 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZYG11B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEF6, RILPL2, and STARD5. Each is linked with ZYG11B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZYG11B-to-partner and partner-to-ZYG11B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZYG11B versus DEF6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZYG11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZYG11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
