Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZXDC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZXDC data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZXDC Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZXDC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZXDC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
