ZXDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZXDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,817 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZXDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTL6A, HNRNPU, and WDR5. Each is linked with ZXDC in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZXDC-to-partner and partner-to-ZXDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZXDC versus ACTL6A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZXDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZXDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
