ZXDC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZXDC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,093 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZXDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP78, SNX4, and SEC22A. Each is linked with ZXDC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZXDC-to-partner and partner-to-ZXDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZXDC versus CEP78 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZXDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZXDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
