ZXDB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZXDB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,406 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZXDB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZXDA, UBQLN2, and RLIM. Each is linked with ZXDB in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZXDB-to-partner and partner-to-ZXDB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZXDB→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZXDB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
