Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZXDB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,674 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZXDB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Random inactivation of X chromosome, Sex-chromosome dosage compensation, and Dosage compensation by inactivation of X chromosome. Each is linked with ZXDB in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZXDB-to-partner and partner-to-ZXDB results are reported.
