Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZXDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,981 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZXDA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with ZXDA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZXDA-to-partner and partner-to-ZXDA results are reported.
