ZWINT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZWINT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,332 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZWINT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, CDC20_T70, and CDK1. Each is linked with ZWINT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZWINT-to-partner and partner-to-ZWINT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZWINT versus POLD1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZWINT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZWINT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
