Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZWINT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,813 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZWINT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle process, Mitotic nuclear division, and Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with ZWINT in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZWINT-to-partner and partner-to-ZWINT results are reported.
