ZWILCH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZWILCH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZWILCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB1B, KNTC1, and ARHGAP11A. Each is linked with ZWILCH in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZWILCH-to-partner and partner-to-ZWILCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZWILCH versus BUB1B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZWILCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZWILCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
