Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZWILCH mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZWILCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are Mirin, AZD7969, and Ara-G. Each is linked with ZWILCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZWILCH-to-partner and partner-to-ZWILCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mirin grouped by ZWILCH-low versus ZWILCH-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZWILCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZWILCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
