ZUP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZUP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 454 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZUP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACCS, ASF1A, and NOL10. Each is linked with ZUP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZUP1-to-partner and partner-to-ZUP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZUP1 versus ACCS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZUP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZUP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
