The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZSWIM7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZSWIM7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where ZSWIM7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
