The most reproducible ZSWIM5P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rescue of stalled ribosome, Cytosolic transport, and Positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway. Each is linked with ZSWIM5P2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM5P2-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM5P2 results are reported.
