ZSWIM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,011 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPX8, ACTR2, and ACTR3. Each is linked with ZSWIM5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM5-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSWIM5 versus GPX8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSWIM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSWIM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
