ZSWIM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,816 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD4, TPM4, and WIZ. Each is linked with ZSWIM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM4-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSWIM4 versus BRD4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSWIM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSWIM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
