Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with ZSWIM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM4-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM4 results are reported.
