ZSWIM3

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZSWIM3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZSWIM3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZSWIM3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZSWIM3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, OV, and GBM are the cancer types where ZSWIM3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
