Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,229 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZSWIM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, CTNNBL1, and PCIF1. Each is linked with ZSWIM3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM3-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSWIM3 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSWIM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSWIM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
