Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSWIM3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSWIM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and PCNA. Each is linked with ZSWIM3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSWIM3-to-partner and partner-to-ZSWIM3 results are reported.
