Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZSCAN9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R7, KRTAP1-1, and ARMS2. Each is linked with ZSCAN9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN9-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R7 grouped by ZSCAN9-low versus ZSCAN9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
