The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZSCAN5A Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZSCAN5A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where ZSCAN5A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
