ZSCAN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK1, 4E-BP1_pS65, and JNK2. Each is linked with ZSCAN4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN4-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK1 grouped by ZSCAN4-low versus ZSCAN4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
