Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZSCAN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTB1, COX6A2, and DEFB124. Each is linked with ZSCAN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN4-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTB1 grouped by ZSCAN4-low versus ZSCAN4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
