ZSCAN32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN32-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP7, THUMPD1, and ZMYM3. Each is linked with ZSCAN32 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN32-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN32 versus USP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN32→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
