Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN32 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,132 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZSCAN32-associated genes across cancer lineages are GDI1, RPS6KA5, and HOXA2. Each is linked with ZSCAN32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN32-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN32 versus GDI1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN32→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
