ZSCAN32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,457 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN32-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASAH2, RNA5SP414, and PCAT4. Each is linked with ZSCAN32 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN32-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASAH2 grouped by ZSCAN32-low versus ZSCAN32-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN32→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
