ZSCAN31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,276 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SND1, TRIM2, and PTPN1. Each is linked with ZSCAN31 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN31-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN31 versus SND1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN31→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
