ZSCAN31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,328 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN31-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSC22D1, SOCS2, and PLPP3. Each is linked with ZSCAN31 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN31-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN31 versus TSC22D1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN31→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
