ZSCAN31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN31 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN31-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PDCD4, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with ZSCAN31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN31-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by ZSCAN31-low versus ZSCAN31-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN31→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
