ZSCAN30

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN30 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,020 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN30-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX6P1, LINC02235, and CDH12. Each is linked with ZSCAN30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN30-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN30→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
