ZSCAN23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL26P, MTCO1P49, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with ZSCAN23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN23-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN23→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
