ZSCAN22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,408 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, PNKP, and NXF1. Each is linked with ZSCAN22 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN22-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN22 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
