ZSCAN22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 694 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN22-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR12D1, RNU6-789P, and TRAJ43. Each is linked with ZSCAN22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN22-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR12D1 grouped by ZSCAN22-low versus ZSCAN22-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN22→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
