ZSCAN21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,777 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDAP1, ZKSCAN1, and GTF2I. Each is linked with ZSCAN21 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN21-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN21 versus PDAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
