Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,960 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZSCAN21-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH24, ZKSCAN5, and MIR25. Each is linked with ZSCAN21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN21-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN21 versus CDH24 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.98.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
