ZSCAN21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,590 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN21-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRXN1, RNA5SP414, and RAD1P1. Each is linked with ZSCAN21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN21-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRXN1 grouped by ZSCAN21-low versus ZSCAN21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
