ZSCAN20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,286 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDF2L1, HM13, and PLCG2. Each is linked with ZSCAN20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN20-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN20 versus SDF2L1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
