Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,609 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZSCAN20-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOGA1, TCF7L1, and VSIG4. Each is linked with ZSCAN20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN20-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN20 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN20 versus SOGA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
