ZSCAN20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN20-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, OXSM, and C18orf25. Each is linked with ZSCAN20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN20-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 grouped by ZSCAN20-low versus ZSCAN20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
