ZSCAN20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN20 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN20-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PCNA, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ZSCAN20 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN20-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ZSCAN20-low versus ZSCAN20-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN20→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
