Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,100 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of organelle assembly, Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ZSCAN20 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN20-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN20 results are reported.
