ZSCAN18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,153 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, RPL10, and RPL5. Each is linked with ZSCAN18 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN18-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN18 versus EPM2AIP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
