ZSCAN18

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN18 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,675 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF135, ZIK1, and ZNF329. Each is linked with ZSCAN18 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN18-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN18 versus ZNF135 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
