ZSCAN18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS27P20, STARD4, and PGGT1B. Each is linked with ZSCAN18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN18-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS27P20 grouped by ZSCAN18-low versus ZSCAN18-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
