Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZSCAN18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,556 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair. Each is linked with ZSCAN18 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN18-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN18 results are reported.
