The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ZSCAN16 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZSCAN16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UVM and BRCA are the cancer types where ZSCAN16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
