ZSCAN12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,370 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, WRNIP1, and PHF10. Each is linked with ZSCAN12 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN12-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN12 versus GNL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
