ZSCAN12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZSCAN12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 744 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZSCAN12-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2H, DIP2B, and NAA10. Each is linked with ZSCAN12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZSCAN12-to-partner and partner-to-ZSCAN12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN12 versus UBE2H in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZSCAN12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZSCAN12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
